CHOCO SOLEIL: What could be a new way to commercialize hot chocolate in Latin America?

The concept of food evolves and creates new fusions. The molinillo (a traditional stick used for grinding and stirring chocolate) used by our mothers and grandmothers is combined with chocolate, a conventional product at breakfast timein Latino Americanhomes. As a result: a chocolate tablet with the function of a grinder.
